JJ3, also known as The Liberty Bard, is an aspiring lyricist who takes his inspiration from what he sees as the failures of government and society in an increasingly complex day and age. He enjoys crafting lyrics which reflect the travails of American society, and looks forward to collaborating with musicians who can bring his lyrics to life. In his own words:

“I write lyrics based on the principals of Liberty, Free-Markets and Individual Freedom.  I have no musical talent and I’m not a very good singer, so what I am trying to accomplish is to connect and collaborate with other Liberty minded musicians and or video creators to help me create a more professional product.  I have put together a series of videos in which I recite my lyrics with an accompanying beat playing.  I call it Liberty Lyrics and ideally my goal is to create the soundtrack for the upcoming revolution.  If you like my message and you are a musician, won’t you join me in the fight for freedom?”

Facts

“Facts do not cease to exist, simply because they are ignored.”

Nobody wants to listen when I talk of decline,

They watch the talking heads and they say everything’s fine,

Nobody wants to take the time to learn about money,

What are you so concerned about, the future is sunny.

Nobody wants to take their eyes away from their screens,

Quantitative easing, what the hell does that mean?

Nobody seems to notice that our money’s worth less,

Every time the banksters fire the printing press.

Nobody seems to mind when money’s given away,

At zero percent, to all the biggest banks.

Nobody seems to care that it just may be too late,

And since nobody cares I guess I’ll leave them to their fate.

CHORUS:

You can close your eyes, You can close your mind,

But it’s not going to change what’s coming down the line,

You may think they’ll tell the truth, but I know that they won’t.

Because politicians lie, but numbers don’t.

Yes I’m tired of talking, it’s too hard to explain,

The reason for recession, the economic pain.

If no one wants to listen when you tell them the truth,

If they won’t accept the premise when you show them the proof

When a nation of now, creates a culture of lazy,

Where if you question their lies, they consider you crazy.

They see the cliff’s edge but they just keep on walking,

So I’m singing a song saying how I’m done talking.

CHORUS:

You can close your eyes, You can close your mind,

But it’s not going to change what’s coming down the line,

You may think they’ll tell the truth, but I know that they won’t.

Because politicians lie, but numbers don’t.

Because we’re not the first and we won’t be the last,

Empires of lies to be lost in the past,

The thing that astounds me, that makes my eyes tear,

Is how quickly we traded our freedom for fear.

Where is the place when I was a kid,

Allowed me the freedom to do what I did.

Like ride my bike to school at only age ten,

Without a helmet on, oh my god what a sin,

We used to be able to tell a racy joke,

To sit in a restaurant and light up a smoke,

But now busybodies must approve and condone

Every action we take — why can’t they leave us alone.

They plan and they plan at home and abroad,

But the reality the system’s simply a fraud.

You can close your eyes, You can close your mind,

But it’s not going to change what’s coming down the line,

You may think they’ll tell the truth, but I know that they won’t.

Because politicians lie, but numbers don’t.

Monopolies and Manipulated Stats

Welcome to the narcissistic nanny state

It’s a bureaucratic feudalistic magistrate.

It’s got an ego powered artificial mad mandate,

If you’re full of self importance than you think it’s great

If you love to control others then you can relate

But the only thing a government can ever create

is a central banking system a destructive tax rate,

and a craving for power they can never satiate.

CHORUS:

Governments and bureaucrats,

Monopolies and manipulated stats

Bureaucracies and men in black,

Come work for us we’ll all get fat.

They’ll offer you destruction and democracy,

They’ll give you money if you follow policy,

They’ll never let you know it’s all a fallacy

They’ll even let you pretend that you’re truly free

As long as you don’t ever go and disagree

Then they won’t shock and awe you very viciously.

We’re regulated by fickle fabulous fools,

Who love to dominate you with their government rules.

They’re in it for the power and perhaps the glory,

Manipulate the media to sell their story

The military industrial complex,

Enforces all their orders regardless if they wreck,

The lives of ordinary people by mistake,

To get your vote they’ll give but they prefer to take.

To offer up a little bit of clarity,

You just can’t print prosperity.

I just want a government that’s sensible,

And follows a non-aggression principle,

But every day leviathan increases in size,

Truth is treason in an empire of lies.

There’s Nothing at Stake

Armed with knowledge I enter the lair of a corrupt system feeling quite laissez faire,

A free market army is guarding my back, as the mainstream media begins their attack,

silver and gold are my weapons of choice, backed by the power of the truth in my voice,

My only chance for change is to awaken the masses,

It’s time to take off all your rose colored glasses.

There’s nothing at stake, except the future of man,

and all our bought leaders, they don’t have a plan,

they just know there’s profit in a war with Iran,

All men of good conscience must join me and stand.

Stand for your right for individual choice,

stand for your right to listen to any voice,

stand for your right to protect your family,

stand for your right to protest peacefully,

stand for your right for personal privacy,

stand for your rights, because the people are we.

Filled with fury, the further I go, deeper down the rabbit hole, I find our true foe,

It came from Jekyll island in the dark of the night

the very creature our forefather’s did fight.

A central banking system owned by the elites

wholly owned governments chained at their feet.

Their shackles of debt enslave the populations,

as their financial con games bankrupt our nation.

When bankers are gangsters, and lobbyists rule,

and they buy politicians, who just become tools,

to the corporate interests and the bubbles they blow,

and the government wants you to be too dumb to know,

all the ways that they steal the bread off our table,

and when you point it out, it’s a fantastic fable,

but knowledge is golden, ain’t that right Pony Boy,

and I know too much to share in the media’s joy,

when they all point out that our economy’s fine,

Please don’t ask questions, just get back in line,

But anger is just when it is righteous, enough is enough, let’s get off the back of the bus,

let liberty serve us, defend our constitution, there’s no time like right now

to start a revolution.

It’s a Welfare Warfare State

They demand that the people be disarmed,

All the while surrounded by armed guards,

They get rich from insider info,

Do what they do and off to jail you’d go,

They say gold is a barbarous relic,

Don’t look now – but I think the Euro’s sick,

They plan our lives down to the smallest fraction,

But forget about the force of human action.

It’s a welfare-warfare state, with a populace sedate,

But I have hope I have to say,

cause more awaken every day,

so get off your boredom binge,

and come join the lunatic fringe.

The hypocrisy of authority,

Such a sight to see, what futility!

The super successful societies,

Have always been the ones with Liberty.

They turn truths into conspiracies,

I call them facts, but they call them theories,

Their plans may hurt or they may be so tame,

throughout it all, you know the planners remain the same,

They want control they want to watch our every move,

Get out of line, you’ll have your innocence to prove,

They get their votes through handouts and deceit,

They’ll come undone by their own fatal conceit.

Throwing Stones

Every time I hear the talking heads,

They’re feigning outrage over something someone said,

Even though it’s obviously in fun,

They demand that something must be done!

They all agree that they are offended,

No matter if hurt was not intended

When the hell did we all get so concerned?

We’re fiddling as Rome begins to burn.

Apologies must be made immediately,

Must be sincere and be made obediently.

Otherwise you will be stigmatized,

There concern may lead to your demise.

Get off of your high horse,

Come down from Mount Piety,

Just mind your own business,

Stop policing society.

Your so high and mighty,

I can tell by your tone,

But those who live in glass houses,

Shouldn’t throw stones

Now we must be careful what we say,

We can’t offend or judge in any way,

Now free speech is not exactly free,

More like – Say what you want unless they disagree,

You must learn to censor all your words,

Or be crucified by the talking turds,

They will use their PC show platform,

To define the new established norm,

So you have to be careful what you say,

The thought police look like they’re here to stay,

They’ll come along and throw you in the brink

If it looks like you’ve had too much to think.

When the World Went Mad

Wall Street’s gambling with our 401ks,

The Fed’s manipulating markets by fixing interest rates,

Congress is perfecting a perfect police state,

There making money worthless with a mandate to inflate,

All guided by a greed that they’ll never satiate,

So many see the problem, but it just may be too late,

Inevitable ending, we don’t have long to wait.

Politicians promise that things are gonna change,

Unfortunately they are, mentally deranged.

The lessor of two evils is all we’re left to choose,

As they divide and conquer those falling for their ruse,

No leader wants to fix our culture of corruption,

Inevitable ending – societal eruption

CHORUS:

Where were you when the world went mad?

Were you armed up on the roof protecting all you had?

Where were you when the lights went out?

When your full faith in the system quickly turned to doubt?

Where were you when you finally broke the chains,

Placed on you by a system that cannot be sustained.

Big banks are busted but they’re too big to fail,

They’ll gladly pay their fines so that no one goes to jail,

Financial Armageddon if we don’t bail them out,

Extortion of the people is what’s it’s all about,

It’s easy to make money when the Federal Reserve,

Lends you tons of money and let’s you set the curve.

A new world order is changing all the rules,

Their central banking system plays us all for fools,

They create the problems then offer up solutions,

To get the sheep to follow their dastardly delusions,

They say you shouldn’t worry if you’ve done nothing wrong,

Until they put you in a prison just for singing a song.

The Journey

I took a journey to discover the truth

I found some answers and I found some proof,

Of the lies, of the lies.

I live my life inside a dreamlike trance,

I hear the music and I have to dance,

I’m alive, I’m alive.

I’ve studied money, studied history,

Know where we’re heading it’s no mystery,

It’s prescient, it’s prescient,

The sun the moon the stars the rippling wind,

My spirit flows throughout the now and then,

All aglow, all aglow,

Go through the motions, there’s no other way,

Ignore the decadence and the decay,

We decline, we decline,

I had a thought that taught me to transcend,

Inside a wave I thought would never end,

Hanging ten, hanging ten.

The gift of life has certain conditions,

Neglecting talent is the ultimate sin,

Be fulfilled, be fulfilled,

Feels like we’re following the Roman path,

You can’t control the world without some wrath,

Empire, Empire.

I’ve found some answers in the Austrian school,

And non-believers in the class that rules,

It’s a shame, it’s a shame.

So much frustration when you know what works,

Instead of looting and the corporate perks,

We could thrive, we could thrive.

Cause it’s a battle for your heart and mind,

Awake your soul and who knows what you’ll find,

Now’s the time, now’s the time.

We must refresh the tree of liberty,

From time to time for us to remain free,

From Tyranny, From Tyranny,

Let’s light the fire of Prometheus,

For Liberty and Freedom fight we must.

Do or die, Do or die!

(Slow ending repeating)

It’s too late to save the world,

But maybe I can change your mind,

It’s just the end of fiat currency,

It’s not the end of time.
